Associate Pastor 

 **Full-time / Part-time Position Available**

Darwin Baptist Church is seeking a Christ-centred, motivated Associate Pastor to join our ministry team in a thriving Christian community of approximately 300 members.

The responsibilities of this role include preaching and teaching. Our ideal candidate will also possess a passion for pastoral care, prayer, training and equipping, and music/worship. This position offers ample opportunities to explore and expand on what God has planned for His family in Darwin and the Top End.

The Associate Pastor will be accountable to and supported by the Senior Pastor.

The hours for this role can be negotiated, ranging from 3 to 5 days per week, depending on the preferred candidate's availability.
